WHY DELIVERY TIMES CAN EXCEED 48H?

We work with suppliers from all over the world, but our items are stored in mainland France, unless temporarily out of stock, which can lead to delivery times of more than 48 hours. We prefer to bet on the quality of the products, rather than on the speed of the delivery which is therefore free.

WHAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

After 5 weeks, if you still haven't received your package, we will refund you upon your request.

I ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM OUT OF 3 OF MY ORDER, IS THIS NORMAL?

When you order multiple items in the same order, you will receive multiple packages. These packages may arrive with a few days delay, as their respective storage locations may be different.
